Help Needed for P6 Graduation Ceremony

Dear P4 and P5 prefects,
The P6s are having their Graduation Ceremony on 20 Nov from 2pm to 5pm. We are looking for 10 prefects who will be ushers for this ceremony. Please inform Ms Peh by 17 Nov if you can help out in this event.

    ms Peh, Lim SU lYn(5N) here, I am able to help out but as I am also involved in the prize presentation ceremony, what do I do?
